Founded by Paul Hoppes in Havana, Florida in 1986, Sailfish Boats has a long history of delivering powerful inshore and offshore boats. From its current facility in Cairo, Georgia, Sailfish Boats regards practicality as a fine art, an ethos that is reflected in the superb comfort, performance, and build-quality of its watercraft. Best known for their variable degree stepped hull, the brand’s boats cut through the water and smooth it down for a stable, dry ride. The VDS on each Sailfish boat boasts three stepped surface areas that offer three-in-one hull power that is exceptionally well-balanced. Sailfish Boats also feature the highest freeboard in the marine industry, which add to the real sense of safety that can be felt on these boats. Hoppe steered the brand to success for 34 years, but retired in 2020, handing the reigns to Rob Parmentier, an industry veteran and passionate outdoorsman.
