Leah Kubit serves as Accounts Receivable Administrator at Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales, where she oversees accounts receivable functions while supporting the company's financial operations with accuracy, organization, and exceptional customer service.
Prior to joining JBYS, Leah built an extensive background in marina operations, member services, and financial administration.She managed financial operations for an 800+ slip marina, including member billing, slip fees, haul-out and launch invoicing, service billing, payment processing, account reconciliations, and collections. She worked closely with members, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate financial management while providing a positive customer experience.
In addition to her financial expertise, Leah has successfully developed and improved business processes across multiple areas of marina operations, implementing tracking systems that enhanced efficiency in member services, maintenance coordination, and banquet operations. Her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous improvement make her a valuable member of the Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales team.
Outside the office, Leah enjoys spending time on the water exploring the beautiful bays of Lake St. Clair—a passion that makes her a natural fit within the JBYS boating family.
