Dylan Baines joins JBYS as a Service Advisor in our Holland office, bringing a strong background in marine operations, construction, and team leadership. He has hands-on expertise in vessel maintenance, project management, and mechanical troubleshooting, along with technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
A dedicated community volunteer, Dylan has supported groups like Gilda’s Club, Kids Food Basket, and the Grand Rapids Veterans Home. We’re excited to welcome him to the team.
